Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS), the aftersales arm of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad, has established a new digital touchpoint on the TnG eWallet app to allow car owners to schedule service appointments and make payments seamlessly.
Over 50 service centres
The strategic partnership between TCEAS and TNG Digital, formalised today at a signing ceremony, incorporates over 50 TCEAS service centres nationwide directly within the TnG app. The initiative also introduces Rahmah service packages starting from RM109 when booked through the TnG eWallet mini-program.
To book a service, users launch the TNG eWallet app, search for ‘Tan Chong’, and select the TCEAS mini-program. After choosing a preferred package, service centre, and appointment slot, payment is completed within the app. Once payment is processed, the selected TCEAS outlet contacts the customer directly to confirm the appointment time.
Many brands accepted
While TCEAS has long been associated primarily with Nissan vehicles, its service network caters to a wide spectrum of automotive brands. Beyond Nissan, the service centres accept national makes such as Proton and Perodua, Japanese brands including Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Mazda, and Subaru, as well as Korean makes like Hyundai and Kia. All routine maintenance and repair services performed by certified technicians come with a 6-month warranty on both parts and labour.

“Through this collaboration with TNG Digital, we aim to not only offer a higher level of convenience to our existing customers, but to also reach out to a wider audience on TnG eWallet so that more car owners can experience top-class service, certified technicians with 6 months warranty for parts and labour from an established nationwide vehicle servicing network,” he added.
