TQ WULING Bingo EV joins Keretapi Sarong 2025

TQ WULING, the new EV brand from China, joins Keretapi Sarong 2025 to commemorate and celebrate Malaysia Day. The annual event brings together thousands of Malaysians in sarongs and traditional attire to ride the trains in unity.

This year, the event will start at 10 train stations on September 13, with the TQ WULING team starting off at LRT Subang Jaya. At the secret final location of the event, the brand’s Bingo EV will take centre stage, supported by a host of on-ground activities.

Like the trains of the daily LRT and MRT systems, the Bingo is fully electric. It is now being assembled at the Tan Chong Group’s assembly plant in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. Scheduled for launch before the end of 2025, it will make EVs more accessible to Malaysians as the price is expected to be under RM100,000.
