Isuzu Malaysia’s network today gained a new facility in Kuantan, Pahang with the opening of an Isuzu 3S Centre at the Semambu industrial area on the outskirts of the city. The new outlet is designed with the bold and modern new Isuzu Corporate Identity and has a comprehensive range of new features.
Operated by Dynamic Motors Sdn Bhd, the 3S centre sits on a 3,500 sq metre site with a 1,700 sq. metre building. The entire ground level, dedicated to the customer experience, includes a very large covered driveway for service customers to drop their vehicles off in comfort. Inside, there’s a cozy lounge for those wishing to wait for their vehicles or catch up on a bit of work. A fully-stocked chiller with a variety of soft drinks and a coffee machine make the waiting time more pleasant.
The outlet, which is certified as an Isuzu Medium Heavy Duty, outlet sells the D-MAX pick-truck as well as Isuzu’s wide range of commercial vehicles. Those wishing to discover the features of the D-MAX more intimately can choose to take a test drive or discover its features with a Virtual Reality experience. There’s a colour palette display and an electronic brochure to make vehicle selection easy.
