PRO-NET looking for more dealers to represent Proton e.MAS

Electric vehicles (EVs) are the future and Malaysia, like many other countries, is transitioning into the new era. Proton, our national automaker, is also riding this wave forward and has even established Proton New Energy Technology – or PRO-NET – as a subsidiary to focus on New Energy Vehicles, which include fully electric vehicles.

Besides handling the smart brand, PRO-NET also manages the Proton e.MAS brand which is the automaker’s EV brand. Its first model is the e.MAS 7 which was launched at the end of last year and has been the bestselling EV in Malaysia this year.

Currently, PRO-NET has appointed 40 dealers to handle the e.MAS brand which will soon have more than just one model. Anticipating rising demand for its EVs nationwide, PRO-NET is expanding its dealer network of dedicated sales and service centres.

“As we continue to shape a greener, electrified future, we welcome passionate and forward-thinking business partners to join the Proton e.MAS family. Our network is more than just retail spaces – it’s where communities gather, learn, and experience the next generation of mobility,” said Zhang Qiang, Chief Executive Officer of PRO-NET.

He explained that becoming a Proton e.MAS dealer means more than just joining a brand – it’s about becoming part of a nationwide movement. One that is inspiring confidence, influencing change, and driving the EV revolution in Malaysia.

PRO-NET is looking at these areas to open new e.MAS dealerships.
