In conjunction with the Merdeka celebration this month, JETOUR Malaysia has prepared a special version of the T2 SUV. Known as the T2 Dark Warrior Limited Edition, only 69 units will be available so it will be very exclusive.
Dark theme
Visually, the Dark Warrior edition differentiates itself from the standard T2 with an exclusive matte black paint scheme paired with subtle red brake calipers behind the wheels.
The trim details are heavily darkened, featuring blacked-out roof rails along with stealth-finish rear JETOUR and T2 badges.
Completing the bold dark theme is an official JETOUR accessory package which is fitted at the assembly plant in Johor. The package consists of a dedicated front grille, guard rail, modular side ladder, side hanging plate, a Warrior roof rack, and stealth emblem badging.
245 ps/375 Nm AWD drivetrain
Mechanically, the Dark Warrior has similar specifications as the standard T2 which went on sale in March 2026. Power comes from a 2.0-litre turbocharged direct-injection 4-cylinder petrol engine with 245 ps/375 Nm.
A dual-clutch transmission delivers power to all 4 wheels through JETOUR’s Intelligent XWD system. To make driving easier and safer in challenging conditions, the driver has 7 selectable terrain modes.
Inside, the cabin maintains its standard array of tech and safety features. Safety remains a strong selling point, backed by Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), with 6 SRS airbags and a Panoramic View Monitoring System. The T2 has been evaluated by ASEAN NCAP and was rated at the maximum of 5 stars.
RM10,800 for accessories
The base price for is the same as the standard model at RM156,800. However, the Dark Warrior accessory package costs RM10,800 so the total price a buyer will pay (excluding insurance, road tax, and registration fees) will be RM167,600.
As with other JETOUR models assembled locally, the limited edition also has 7-year/150,000 km vehicle warranty and a separate powertrain warranty of 10 years/1 million kms. The accessories of the Dark Warrior package also have a separate 3-year/100,000 km warranty.
