Porsche owners in Sarawak now have official aftersales support near them with the opening of Porsche Service Centre Kuching. Established by Porsche Malaysia (represented by Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn Bhd) in partnership with Hap Seng Prestige, the new facility is the German sportscar brand’s first authorised service location in East Malaysia.
Only aftersales services
The facility offers only aftersales services, bringing certified maintenance and repair capabilities directly to Porsche owners in Sarawak. It provides localized access to official diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, and technical repair work at a 2-bay work area.
Porsche-trained technicians adhere to factory standards, and the service is equipped with specialised diagnostic systems. Only Genuine Porsche Parts are used, sourced through Porsche’s official global supply network.
Experienced operators
The new service centre leverages Hap Seng Prestige’s established presence in premium automotive retail and aftersales management. Partnering with the automotive division of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad allows Porsche Malaysia to extend its service standards into the region via an experienced local operator.
Service Clinic
Porsche owners in Sarawak are invited to a Service Clinic where their sportscar or SUV will get a complimentary 111-point vehicle inspection. They will also be able to learn about exclusive Porsche Approved Warranty packages.
Official Porsche Tequipment accessories and Porsche Lifestyle merchandise are available, with select items offered at introductory discounts of up to 30%.
The Kuching location joins Sime Darby Auto Performance’s existing network which has major Porsche Centres in the Klang Valley (Ara Damansara and Sungai Besi), Penang, and Johor Bahru.
