Following its appointment as an authorised dealer partner for Kia Sales Malaysia, Cycle & Carriage (C&C) has officially opened its first flagship Kia 3S centre.
Bringing over 100 years of experience
Located in Glenmarie, Selangor, the new facility marks the entry of Cycle & Carriage into the Kia network. It brings a comprehensive sales, aftersales, and service operation to the brand’s local ecosystem, drawing on C&C’s experience of over 100 years in the auto business.

The new facility covers a total floor area of 20,839 square feet, designed with Kia’s latest global Store Identity 2.0 guidelines. The physical layout includes a 5,511-sq foot showroom which can display up to 5 models, alongside a 2,067-sq foot customer lounge.

There are dedicated vehicle consultation zones and a gallery section with displays to present the brand’s latest models digitally.

The adjacent service department has 20 work bays, full workshop and parts storage operations, and also has the necessary equipment to support electric vehicle maintenance and charging.
Long-term customer support
According to Cycle & Carriage Malaysia CEO Adrian Short, the opening of this centre represents the start of a partnership focused on service accessibility and long-term customer support across the vehicle ownership timeline.
“At Cycle & Carriage, we believe that exceptional ownership extends beyond the point of purchase. The Kia Cycle & Carriage Glenmarie 3S Centre brings together Kia’s global retail experience with our longstanding expertise in aftersales service and customer care, allowing us to support customers with greater convenience, accessibility, and peace of mind throughout their ownership journey,” he said.

Return, Rebuild and Reposition
The concept of the facility aligns with the core strategic pillars set by Kia Sales Malaysia – Return, Rebuild, and Reposition – which seek to reinforce dealer capability and customer trust in the market.
“At Kia, we believe our dealerships are much more than physical facilities. They are where lasting relationships with our customers begin and where trust in our brand is built. Guided by our three strategic pillars – Return, Rebuild and Reposition -we are strengthening every aspect of the ownership journey, from delivering world-class vehicles to providing exceptional sales and aftersales support, said Emily Lek, Managing Director of Kia Sales Malaysia.
The facility also functions beyond standard retail operations as it houses Kia’s Asia Pacific training centre, where a Tasman pick-up truck was spotted in May. Incidentally, C & C also represents Kia in Singapore.
