JETOUR (part of the Chery Group portfolio) is among the dozen or so brands from China that have entered the Malaysian market over the past 3 years, expanding the range of choices for car-buyers greatly. While some of the brands came in the take advantage of the duty-exemption for fully electric vehicles (which ends on December 31, 2025), there are also those which offer combustion-engined models.
For now, JETOUR Auto Malaysia is focusing only on combustion engined models and offers the Dashing and VT9 SUVs. Assembled locally at a plant on Johor to enjoy some incentives from the government that help offset production costs, the Dashing is priced from RM109,800 and the VT9 from RM118,800. Both SUVs are powered by 1.5-litre engines.
All new vehicles come with a 10-year/1 million km engine warranty, 7-year/150,000 km vehicle warranty, and 5 complimentary services covering both labour and parts.
Since commencing assembly in June this year, JETOUR Auto Malaysia has delivered over 1,000 vehicles and collective over 2,000 bookings. These early numbers indicate positive response to the newcomer and provides inspiration to build up the retail and aftersales network as quickly as possible.
20 authorised dealerships in P. Malaysia
As of August 2025, there are 20 authorised dealerships covering sales, service, spare parts, as well and Body & Paint services. These dealerships are strategically located across Peninsular Malaysia to cover major areas and provide customers with easy access to their services.

30 dealerships by end of 2025
Looking ahead, JETOUR Auto Malaysia is on track to grow its network to 30 dealerships nationwide by the end of 2025. Each outlet will follow the brand’s global 3S standards and feature enhanced customer experience zones.
Planned locations in Klang Valley include Petaling Jaya, Seri Kembangan, Putrajaya, Sunway, Kota Damansara, and a second outlet in Kepong. The Northern Region will see new outlets in Sungai Petani, Bayan Lepas, and a second outlet in Ipoh, while the Southern Region will gain a second outlet in Melaka, along with Seremban. Across the East Coast, new dealerships will open in Kuantan, Temerloh, Bentong, and Kota Bharu.
JETOUR will also be available in both East Malaysian states, with 3S centres to open in Kuching, Sibu, Miri, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, and Tawau.
