Driving the latest fully electric ID.7 Pro S, a Volkswagen team in Switzerland covered a total of 794 kms with a fully charged 86 kWh battery.
The drive, led by an expert in long-distance driving with electric cars, was done in a net driving time of 15 hours and 42 minutes.

Eight different drivers drove the touring sedan at an average of 51 km/h over main roads, motorway sections and country roads with hilly sections.

The distance exceeded the model’s maximum WLTP range (combined) of up to 709 kms.
The average consumption was 10.3 kWh/100 km; converted to diesel consumption, this would be equivalent to about 1.1 litres per 100 kms (91 kms/litre).
