Always striving to provide better services to customers, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) and its dealer partner Auto Pacifica have officially relocated their Miri operations to a newly constructed 4S facility. Located within the Autocity Eastwood Town Centre, the new facility serves as a primary hub for the brand’s activities in northern Sarawak.

Full range of services
The move transitions the previous presence in the region into a more comprehensive site capable of handling a wider range of sales and aftersales services. Incidentally, the outlet is also open on Sundays, from 10 am to 3 pm.

The transition to a 4S designation means the branch now integrates sales, service, spare parts, and body and paint functions in a single location. This consolidated approach is designed to centralize vehicle lifecycle management for owners in the Miri area.

The physical footprint of the new 4S centre covers 21,669 square feet. This area accommodates a showroom floor alongside a customer lounge and administrative sections. The interior layout follows the current corporate identity standards of Mitsubishi Motors globally, focusing on a standardized image for its international retail network.

 

The integrated service centre is equipped with 13 individual service bays which provide routine maintenance and mechanical repairs. Additionally, there are 6 dedicated bays specifically for bodywork repairs and paint restoration.

Having specialized technicians and diagnostic equipment in one place is intended to reduce the logistical steps usually associated with multi-site maintenance.

Business partner since 2009
Auto Pacifica (part of the Samling Group) has maintained a business relationship with Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia for some 17 years. Since beginning their partnership in 2009, the dealer group has established several other outlets throughout the state, including locations in Bintulu and Kota Samarahan.
