Most people know about ‘3S’dealerships which offer sales, service and sell spare parts. But there is also another level that is ‘4S’, which offers an additional service. Typically, this is body repair and refinishing (painting).

Making it more convenient for Isuzu owners in the Klang Valley, SV Prestige Auto has opened the third such dealer-owned and operated integrated 4S facility within the region. Located in Balakong along the Kajang Dispersal Link Highway, the dealership offers a complete range of services including sales and aftersales on one site. Incidentally, SV Prestige also operates another Isuzu dealership in Puchong.

Latest Isuzu Corporate Identity
The building features the latest Isuzu Corporate Identity so the brand is distinctly presented. The showroom can have two display vehicles for viewing and customers can, of course, take test-drives. They can check out the different variants and colours from paper-free palettes and even take a digital peek into the off-roading and advanced safety capabilities of the D-MAX through a Virtual Reality simulator.

The new service centre is large enough to handle 6 vehicles simultaneously, reducing waiting times for customers. SV Prestige Auto Isuzu 4S Centre not only carries out regular maintenance work but also has its own wheel alignment machine so there is no need to send the vehicle to another tyre shop. This ensures high quality of service that Isuzu expects from its dealers.

Certified B&P centre
The Body & Paint (B&P) centre is a fully certified facility with a full-sized paint booth to ensure that painting is done in a dust-free environment with controlled temperatures. Its technicians have been trained to carry out accident repairs; pending approval, they will soon be able to carry out heavy accident repairs as equipment and training are already in place.

The B&P facility is recognized by major automotive insurance companies and is on the panel of 5 of the country’s major insurers. This allows it to commence repair work faster (if the estimated cost is less than a certain amount) if the vehicle is covered by one of the five insurers, a benefit for owners.
