It’s been almost 20 years years since UMW Toyota Motor established Lexus Malaysia to represent the premium luxury brand. Over that time, the sales and aftersales network has grown progressively to cover different areas of the country.
Today, a new outlet joins the Lexus network with the official opening of Lexus Subang Jaya in the township of Subang Jaya, Selangor. The outlet is a fully integrated 3S (sales, service and spare parts) facility that provides the full range of services to customers and owners.
Lexus Subang Jaya is operated by a subsidiary of the PCM Group which has been associated with the Toyota, Lexus and Topmark (certified used cars) brands for over 20 years. Besides the new outlet in Subang Jaya, the PCM Group also operates another Lexus dealership in Klang which opened in 2023.
Serving a diverse demographic
Situated in SS16 (near the NU Empire Shopping Gallery), Lexus Subang Jaya is well-positioned to serve a diverse demographic in established neighbourhoods with professionals and families.
Built with the brand’s attention to detail and quality (with the signature spindle grille motif used on decorative panels), the new centre features a thoughtfully designed space that is tailored to deliver a seamless and personalised experience with the renowned omotenashi (the Japanese spirit of hospitality) that is a defining feature of Lexus.
Environment-friendly building
Reflecting a forward-thinking approach, the building incorporates energy-efficient features such as LED lighting and environmentally conscious materials, reinforcing the brand’s ongoing support for Malaysia’s push towards a more sustainable future.
Owners are assured of professional service at the service centre with the latest diagnostic equipment and Lexus-certified technicians. This is a key benefit of buying from an authorised Lexus dealer which also includes ready access to replacement parts.
“Lexus Subang Jaya represents our continued commitment to bringing luxury, innovation, and exceptional service closer to where our customers are. We see this as more than just a new facility, it’s an investment in a growing community and a step forward in delivering the Lexus experience with even greater convenience and care,” said Khoo Seng Kiong, Chief Operating Officer of PCM Group, at the official opening this morning.
Lexus Subang Jaya offers the full range of models, including electrified Hybrid Electric Vehicles such as the RX 500h F-Sport Special Edition and the all-new NX 350h. To date, Lexus has sold over 2 million electrified vehicles worldwide, which accounted for 52% of the brand’s global sales in 2024.
