UMW Toyota Motor network expansion and upgrading continues in high-growth Johor market.

Two new Toyota outlets are designed with ‘Customer First and Best in Town‘ philosophy.
After WP Kuala Lumpur, Johor has the second largest number of registered passenger vehicles in the country. With such a large number of vehicle owners in the state, the car companies have ensured that their network of sales and aftersales outlets is sufficient to meet the needs of customers and owners.
All services on one site
For greater convenience, dealerships have been upgraded to more comprehensive facilities offering a full range of services on the same site. Hong Huat Automobile Sdn Bhd, an authorised Toyota dealership in Kluang, Johor, is one of the dealers which has a fully integrated, purpose-built 4S Centre.

The dealership previously had its sales, service and Body & Paint (B&P) services in different locations; now, all three are unified in one location to make it easy for customers and owners. It serves not just owners in Kluang but also those in surrounding areas such as Renggam, Paloh and Simpang Renggam.
With Toyota’s Customer First and Best in Town standards, the dealership is designed as a one-stop facility that can support growing customer demand. The service centre, for example, has 22 bays to handle more vehicles and complete jobs faster, minimising waiting time for owners.
Advanced diagnostic systems are used for servicing by trained technicians. These systems support electrified powertrains such as those in the Hybrid Electric versions of the Toyota Corolla Cross and Innova Zenix, as well as in other models to come.

For accident repairs and refinishing, the B&P centre has professional restoration equipment and high-efficiency spray booths to provide top-quality work and restore vehicles to tip-top condition.
There’s a family-centric environment with a kids play area and a dedicated nursery room in the showroom. UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) was the first car company in Malaysia to offer such facilities at its showrooms as far back as the 1990s.
Eco-friendly facility
Built as a future-ready facility, the new 4S Centre also aligns with UMWT’s environmental direction by incorporating solar energy to reduce electricity consumption and a rainwater harvesting system for non-potable use. These initiatives reinforce Toyota’s long-term commitment to operational efficiency, responsible resource management and delivering sustainable mobility solutions for Malaysian communities.

Nusajaya 3S Centre
Meanwhile, to serve the Iskandar Puteri & Greater Johor Bahru areas, the Nusajaya 3S Centre has been opened and is operated by Super Evergreen (Nusajaya) Sdn Bhd. Situated in Iskandar Puteri. the purpose-built facility covers over 21,000 sq ft and provides a full range of sales and aftersales services.

With Super Evergreen’s established track record as an authorised Toyota dealer since 2005, its new 3S Centre further strengthens Toyota’s presence in a high-growth urban corridor, enhancing customer access, service quality, and long-term support for both new and existing Toyota owners in Greater Johor Bahru.
With these two new facilities, Toyota’s nationwide network now stands at 106 outlets, reinforcing UMWT’s commitment to providing customers with greater accessibility, convenience and high-quality care wherever they live. The strengthened presence across Johor is a tangible expression of the Toyota Customer First and Best in Town philosophy ensuring every customer enjoys reliable service, trusted aftersales support today and in the years ahead.
