Mazda3 1.5 returns, priced from RM120,000

The Mazda3 with a 1.5-litre powertrain is back, rejoining the variants with the 2-litre SKYACTIV-G engine.

Available in 4-door sedan and liftback bodystyles, the model is priced from RM119,620 (on the road, without insurance) for both bodystyles.

As it is still in the fourth generation (introduced in 2019), the design remains the same with Mazda’s KODO – Soul of Motion design philosophy.

For its return, Bermaz Motor is offering it with just the High Plus equipment level which has upgraded equipment and features that bring it closer in specification to the higher variants.

While the product is constantly improved in the spirit of kaizen, the Mazda3 maintains Mazda’s jinba-Ittai philosophy of ‘horse and rider as one’ which provides precise control, dynamics and driving pleasure.

The powertrain is the proven SKYACTIV-G 1.5-litre 4-cylinder engine which has an output of 118 ps/153 Nm. The power goes to the front wheels through a SKYACTIV-Drive 6-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode.
