Although Honda has been in the Malaysian market since the 1960s with cars and earlier with motorcycles, it was only in 2000 that it established Honda Malaysia to be directly involved in its car business. Since then, it has gone from strength to strength, expanding Honda’s market share while helping in the development of the Malaysian auto industry.
Having completed 25 years of business in the country, Honda Malaysia is commemorating the milestone with a special campaign entitled “Because of You” from this month until December 31, 2025.
Test-drive to enter lucky draw
During the campaign period, there will be many activities including a lucky draw exclusive programmes with rewarding benefits. Customers who test drive or register any Honda model at any authorised dealership will receive at least one lucky draw entry. The more entries they collect, the higher their chances of winning a Honda model.
The total value of the rewards and lucky draw prizes is worth up to RM1 million, the largest ever in the company’s history. The prizes include six units of Honda models – the WR-V RS, City RS, City Hatchback RS, Civic RS, New HR-V (V variant) and CR-V e:HEV RS, as well as Honda Insurance Plus (HiP) rebates.

Guided by our ‘Challenging Spirit’, we have grown into a full-fledged marque, one that remains committed to Malaysians and to being a company that society wants to exist,” said Honda Malaysia’s Managing Director and CEO, Narushi Yazaki.
Besides expressing gratefulness to customers for their trust and support, Mr. Yazaki said the company also appreciates the continued support from the Malaysian government.
