The TIGGO Cross is available in 2 versions – 1.5 Turbo (from RM88.800) and 1.5 Hybrid CSH (from RM99.800). The smallest model in the local Chery SUV range, it has a claimed range of around 1,000 kms with the Chery Super Hybrid system (self-charging, not plug-in hybrid). A pure electric range of up to 90 kms is also possible, depending on battery charge and driving conditions.
The hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) system is considered as having Chery’s 5th generation hybrid technology, showing that automakers continue to develop and advance HEV technology and are not solely focussed on full electric technology.

The CSH system, which was introduced at the 2025 Malaysia Auto Show as well, aims at providing a better balance of performance and efficiency, with a focus on range, safety, and a smooth driving experience. The main elements are the Dedicated Hybrid Engine (DHE) which high thermal efficiency and a Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (DHT) which has a high transmission efficiency of 98.5%.
