Auto Bavaria KL’s customer base has grown from 300 in its early years to over 8,000 today.
- The outlet offers sales and aftersales for BMW and MINI vehicles, including the latest electrified models.
Auto Bavaria, part of Sime Motors, has been associated with the brands of the BMW Group – BMW, MINI and Motorrad – since 1988 when it took over the franchise. While its role changed when BMW Group Malaysia was established in 2003, Auto Bavaria did not slow its journey of growth, innovation and excellence in customer services.
It continued to expand its network of outlets around the country to become the largest BMW dealer group. Today, it has 6 showrooms as well as Malaysia’s first standalone BMW Premium Selection showroom.

From 300 to 8,000
Recently, Auto Bavaria KL marked 15 years of operations, evolving from a traditional dealership into a fully integrated premium mobility hub. From serving just 300 customers in its early years, it now has an active customer base of more than 8,000.
Offering sales and aftersales services, Auto Bavaria KL has introduced mobile i-Service, bringing aftersales convenience directly to owners, and a Courtesy Shuttle Service that provides mobility for customers within Kuala Lumpur city centre.

Located along Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur, Auto Bavaria KL has been regularly upgraded and was the first BMW dealer in Malaysia to receive EV Certification, ready to handle the BMW and MINI range of electrified models.
Reflecting on the outlet’s milestone, Vi Thim Juan, Managing Director of Auto Bavaria, said: “Our 15-year journey has been shaped by the trust of our customers, the dedication of our team and our shared belief in delivering premium experiences beyond expectations. We are proud of what we’ve built, but even more focused on what comes next.”
