Since being added to the Proton range of new-generation models in 2023, the S70 has boosted interest in the sedan C-segment of the market. With its strong value proposition, it has been a top choice on shopping lists, ranking among the top 10 bestselling models in the country.
Over 40,000 units have been delivered to date, and with the updated 2026 model that has the new i-GT engine, 7.157 orders have been received since its launch last month. That’s equivalent to one order received every 4 minutes.
